DRIVING AND PARKING
The address for the conference is 8 Gore Farm Lane Carthage, TN 37030. Once you pull into the drive, security will wave you through the gate. Please follow the signs directing you towards the parking attendants. Once you have parked, there will be golf carts to take you to the event center, a short distance away.
SHUTTLES
Shuttles will depart from each of the hotels in the morning. Please make sure to be prompt, as there will not be any late shuttles. The same buses will also return to each hotel at the end of the day. Additionally, we will have scheduled airport shuttles to take guests from the farm directly to the airport (about a 1 hour drive). Please make sure to be outside 10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure a timely departure.
